Steps to follow to make this recipe:
Start by washing the shrimp with drinking water a couple of times to prepare the shrimp aguachile.
Cut the cucumber and red onion into thin slices.
Toast the garlic, white onion and chili in a frying pan with a little oil. Once toasted, transfer to a blender glass. You can add more or less chile to the preparation, everything will depend on the degree of spiciness you want in the red aguachile
