Chicken sticks in breading – step-by-step recipe with photo

Chicken sticks in breadcrumbs are a very tasty snack that I always make for my friends. We often go to my place to watch the Champions League and have a beer. Guys bring beer, but I’m the one with the plasma and snacks. So the chicken sticks in the breadcrumbs are our tradition. They’re best suited to a cold, dark Czech beer 😉 However, not only does this snack go well for beer, it can be placed on any festive table. It’ll be swept away in no time, I promise. So, I think I’ve already intrigued you, so now it’s a recipe for chicken sticks in the breading for your attention!

The main ingredient:
Bird / Chicken / Chicken breast
Snacks / Sticks
We rinse the chicken, dry it and cut it into straws.
We’re whipping the squirrels to the brim.
We add all the ingredients except chili pepper and lime.
Everybody’s mixing it up pretty good.
In the resulting mixture, we literally “bathe” our chicken. Leave it that way for an hour.
After the chicken has marinated well, we put a pan on the stove on a strong fire and pour into it a large enough amount of oil. Fry each piece on both sides until it’s tasty (pretty fast).
Cut lime and chili pepper randomly.
Put the ready-made sticks on a paper towel so that it absorbs excess fat and put into a plate. We sprinkle chili pepper on top and splash lime juice.
